Ingredients:

1 ½ cups cashews

½ cup pecans

Approximately 15 dates, use medjool, pitted and softened (if they are hard soak them in water until they are soft but not falling apart)

½ teaspoon Salt

1 tbls Vanilla

2 tbls Cocoa powder

Cocao nibs (adds crunch) handful

2 tbls Cinnamon

Preparation:

Process the nuts and dates first in a food processor.

Then add other ingredients.

Process some more until you can form into the balls.

Taste to see if you like it.  Add more flavoring if needed.

If too dry, add a little bit of water at a time.  If too moist add more nuts /dates.

Roll into balls.
